Know the timeline
- Making time: luxury pret and formals take about 3–4 weeks; bridal couture about 6–8 weeks.
- Delivery: 5–10 working days worldwide after dispatch, with tracking.
For formals, order at least 6 weeks before your event; for bridal, at least 3 months.
Pay in your own currency
Prices are shown in your local currency and you can check out securely in that currency, so there are no surprises.
Get the size right first time
Returns across borders are slow, so custom sizing is your best friend. Follow our measurement guide and send us your measurements; we stitch to them at no extra cost.
Customs and duties
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery. These are set by your country's customs authority and are paid by the customer.
