Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on evacouturesofficials.com (the “Store”), operated by Eva Couture (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products

All outfits are handcrafted to order. Because work is done by hand, minor variations in embroidery, embellishment placement and shade are a natural part of the craft and are not defects. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in your selected currency and may be converted from our base currency at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was displayed incorrectly or a product is unavailable, in which case you will receive a full refund.

3. Sizing

You can choose a standard size (S to 3XL) or provide custom measurements. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements; outfits made to the measurements you supply cannot be returned for fit.

4. Making and delivery times

Luxury pret and formals usually take 3–4 weeks to make and bridal couture 6–8 weeks, followed by delivery (2–4 working days in Pakistan, 5–10 working days worldwide). These are estimates; we will contact you if there is a delay. Customs duties and import taxes charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your card details.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs and text on the Store belong to Eva Couture and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and contact
