Return & Refund Policy

Every Eva Couture outfit is handcrafted to order, stitched in your chosen size or to your own measurements. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a change in sizing preference, or slight colour variations caused by screen settings.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we have reviewed it, we will, at our choice, repair the item, replace it, or issue a refund to your original payment method. We will cover any return shipping required for an approved claim.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours your fabric is cut and work has begun, so the order can no longer be cancelled.

Alterations

If your custom-sized outfit needs a minor fitting adjustment because it does not match the measurements you provided us, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will advise on alterations.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 working days for the refund to appear.
